Mei-Shun nearly forgot 丸餅 cakes stored in Ms. Cuby, her refrigerator. They were cooked into 雑煮 soup on 元旦 of course, yet most of them often wait for other dishes later. Grilled ones nicely friend with salty/sweet ingredients; 海苔 sheets, soy sauce, cheese, sugar and simmered red beans. Oops, 3 pieces were connected like a “3” shape – a bit too big to dip.
