We have 立夏=rikka, the 1^st of summer 二十四節気 today. Also, Mei-Shun celebrates Children’s Day with bright sunshine. Many people enjoy 柏餅 and/or 粽, while Shin and his wife have already done it: those were available at a shop of good Japanese sweets only from May 1^st to 5^th this year. It did not include Thursday, when they wait regular food delivery in the evening.
