We have 秋分=shu-bun, autumnal equinox today. Mei-Shun misses mother’s handmade o-hagi, while a bit shocked by the same plant in our garden. Mom-in-law is a wonderful manager, yet sometimes turns into a potent branch-cutter. Bushclover is quite a strong breed, often looked blooming twice an year around here in Ibaraki. Or many gardeners  give it a chance to work out.
