They missed 八重桜=yae-sakura, petal-layered cherry blossom here, yet could greet children of that beauty. It might be the biggest difference between above breed and 染井吉野. The latter is so artificial that has no pistils for reproduction.

10 years have passed since we had that horrible mega-quake. I was alone at home, rushed into the corner behind a TV set whose tube was one of my favorite places for a nap. Mom came back around dusk, called my name in a soft voice. That gave me power to move and climb into her arms. She was also out today by chance, joined silent prayer at her horsey riding club.
