StandardMei-Shun’s mother has a recipe of soy sauce-soaked garlic chicken. It tastes good, Shin likes it very much. Looking into the refrigerator, Mei-Shun found a bundle of garlic. It seemed all right, but quite light … wow. Completely dry! After peeling, they are just like cashew nuts.
Horrible Halloween
StandardMikan-chan looked all right in the morning, yet the evil stone hit her while Mei-Shun went out. Such a trick – any treat will be served for her good health. Sleep well, keep warm. Oh, your sweet purring … Good girl.
Headaches
StandardMei-Shun caught a cold. A slight fever, stomachaches, a sore throat and running nose, sleepiness … might be among the worst happenings in preparation for a stage performance. She only hopes that accumulated training so far works well.
A Tragedy
StandardMei-Shun has recently found that she would be forced to put on a chon-mage wig during her performance on November 2. Chon-mage! You would see it only in samurai dramas or comedy shows. Young boys look all right after removing the shishi-shaped cap, yet women are … . Just a matter of sigh.
Best Ohagi
StandardMei-Shun saw her mother, the best cook of ohagi, yesterday to enjoy it together. For us, ohagi is a dessert. However, some people have it as our normal staple food: they put cooked rice into a bowl, placing anko on it and – add tempura on the red bean jam!! Can you believe it?
Painful Batty
StandardMei-Shun received a letter of estimate for a batty-repellent measure. Shocking price – it costs as much as she dances on the stage twice. Oh, you are shocked? Yes, amateur dancers have to pay for rental costumes, make-ups, stage settings, etc. by themselves.

StandardThe bat seems to have returned to our air conditioner – Mei-Shun found a piece of “droppings” on the floor. When she pressed the covering bottom, more fell from the narrow slit between the equipment and the wall. We decided to call a professional, who must be an animal lover, to deal with it.

StandardOn the last stage, one of “sister” students under Master Mei-Shu’s wing gave Mei-Shun a pot of gorgeous cymbidium. Young leaves came out in June, so bloom in autumn has been expected. However, they started to get black at ends these days … caused by a wrong care?
