We have 処暑=shosho, the 2nd of autumnal 二十四節気 today. It is said heat would soon be cooled down, while sultry air still stays around us. On the other hand, it gives Mei-Shun an impression that singing guys are not so many this year: almost none flew onto our screen windows. Preferring shady woods like the nearest shrine, they might already feel the next season.
Yes, as Mikan-chan kindly wrote yesterday, Mei-Shun drove Ms. Scarlet toward Tsukuba this afternoon. Accompanied by her silver daughter with emerald eyes in mind, she dropped in the nearest shrine to greet Gods — it is their 1st visit here in recent, torrid 1 month and a half. Great to see you again, white lily. Shall we make a wish of 朔 together?
Mademoiselle Vert, please let Mei-Shun highly appreciate your longevity in pretty flowers: they were kept for amazing 3 months. 1st flower with Mikan-chan met Shin and his wife on Children’s Day, followed by as much as 18. Now she seems finally to take a rest. Leaving 4 leaves at the beginning of July, she dropped 4 flowers last week. Then other 3 leaves were found relieved today.
We have a full moon tonight, still seen blurred to Mei-Shun’s eyes through a covered window. It would be removed tomorrow meaning our home repair finished. All 3 family members are well, 2 women at home while only man in Chicago. A clear 十六夜 is therefore wished by the former. And the latter could enjoy it on board perhaps, heading east to Boston.
