Your purr and relaxed figure make her feel the happiest — oops, not a little pool on the floor somebody but you formed while she was vacuuming all rooms upstairs.
Purr, mom stays with me at home all day long. She went out yesterday morning, came back around tea time. Her oden simmered vegetables and fish balls are in a pot, continued to be boiled in dashi soup while added other ingredients. It became her meal after getting on a scale. What is the reason for your smile? Meow, a small bag would be taken from a 桜葛湯 box as dessert.

Mei-Shun treated gifts today, which she enjoyed in boxes yesterday. 1st is a gorgeous bouquet from Shin, coordinated with another arranged into a pot arrived on Christmas Eve. The former has pink lilies, salmon-pink roses with violet attendants while the latter in snow-white, the same and greenly white. 2nd is red-bean rice from mom-in-law cooked into balls.
So it is the last day for mom to enjoy her current years old. She left home around 9 : 00, returned before 11 : 00. It is within morning, much earlier than yesterday. However, why you forced me to be alone so often? You made a promise to keep at least every 2 days to stay with me from morning till night, didn’t you? This tiny pool on the floor is therefore a penalty for your breaking it.

… of snow this winter began around noon, mom told me. Meow, it is so interesting that let me gaze beyond the widest window before stepping down from a sofa for water. She put on dad’s puff jacket, went out to replenish Mr. Blue. Good job, if he gets empty after dark, we would have to stay in milder air warmed by an air conditioner. So this is the end of 2021, the last weekday and report on cat, dance, piano, etc. from Mei-Shun. They taught her a lot through an year as usual:
Cats work every day with their loveliness. They might do their jobs the most at home.
Kabuki dance requires good body trunk first. Muscle follows next.
Piano does concentration. Practice before singing by fingers.
Meow, Tora-chan stays at a hospital from today. According to mom, she “stopped” from last week; never eat, never move, just drink water. When the former brought some of my jelly sticks downstairs, the latter said purr and licked two up. However, that became her last meal in 2021. Getting into mom’s kimono-laundry net, she was driven to a veterinarian in Tsukuba City.

Yes, final day of mine a month in 2021 has come. We also have 冬至=toji, the 4th of winter 二十四節気 while the shortest daytime of the year today. Mom put several yuzu citrus junos into a bathtub downstairs for dad this morning, telling me that she and mom-in-law would enjoy it at night. Meow, mom has long been looking for a nice soy sauce cruet to replace one of my friends shown above. It worked well smiling, yet began to drip lately caused by a tiny crack just under the lid. She found left one at いそべ陶苑 in 笠間, joking at me not to catch it. Well, does it look like a sparrow in size and shape? I’m not so much interested in birds, while Tora-chan sometimes makes them a wild meal.

Mom, I did not mean to trouble you, yet could not help showing my anxiety. A big cushion full of paw stamps, your futon blanket, washroom mats, etc. just sympathetically served as marking spots to soothe myself. When you leave me physically/mentally alone, they say “do not worry, we are all yours. Why don’t you use us to catch her attention?”
