Meow, mom seems to refrain from going outdoors today. More precisely, she only drove dad to the nearest station before dropping in the shrine she normally walks to. Called by many names including 露草, 青花 and 月草, these blue flowers always make Mei-Shun happy. Now with rice paddy grown into bright green, where is the Queen Egret? She looks forward to seeing them nearby, while has seen them fly gracefully over the horsey riding field. And you, blue-eyed Siamese, please do not fight with that black fluffy.

They are so bright that Mei-Shun feels as if beaten in eyes when she opens the front door. Mom-in-law chose it to be planted here — she visited Switzerland 22 years ago, quite liked that country where many houses grow geraniums at windows. It also works as bug repellent, not only cute but useful. By the way, what is the brightest is your eyes, Mikan-chan.
Shin sent Mei-Shun several photos of performance in the sky by Blue Impulse flight team on Friday. The wife took it just beautiful, yet learned later that it honored front-line health workers involved in fighting the novel coronavirus. And hello again, one of Siamese twins with eyes of the same shade, who became friendly enough to show his/her fluffy belly to Mei-Shun.
Mei-Shun’s chimonanthus praecox in the garden has a little violet-brown vase on the top of a branch. When she asked her mother how to treat it, the latter replied that it would drop onto the ground to raise babies. “If you do not want any, just pick it up”, she said. Ah, Dora-chan or Alto, you are that boy who has continued to call her for around a month. However, you two resemble each other too closely. That means she should not be your partner, doesn’t it?
Please, on a doorbell and phone at the gate of my home, meow. When mom and dad moved to here 20 years ago, many neighbors came directly toward the front door to knock. They gradually used to our rule; inform us on their arrival using above gadget, wait our response and walk on a brick lane to see one of us open the door. However, it works for upstairs only, not for downstairs these days.
