She could not make enough dance with horseies either, for reasons of rainfalls and etc. added. Staying home sounds healthy in a pandemic environment? Well, if good exercise would accompany — she has got one more bag of sugar around waist again!

Oh, how delightful it is! Or they are Mei-Shun means. Shin ordered a rolled cake on business, yet received two at home by his wife on weekend. It is a kind of dream for her to eat this nostalgic sweets until feeling full up. Hmm, one is coated by sliced fruits under jelly while the other whipped cream. They gave almost no effect on the scale she got on tonight after dancing with Princess Maria and Ms. Bunny Girl.

StandardSince summer heat and humidity of our country is too tough for that lovely tall animal, they take longer lunch time toward 15 : 00. And Mei-Shun, who resumed her club visit at the very end of last month, chooses evening lesson. Oh, Mr. Tea Time is still to let, impossible to designate as her partner until next year. The scale she got on after dancing with Mr. Puma-Tech informed her so-so weight control.

Shin and Mei-Shun celebrated 夏越の祓 tonight on a cup of coffee and 水無月=minazuki as usual. 若鮎=waka-ayu and カエルまんじゅう=kaeru-manju, shaped like sweetfish and smiling flog face respectively made friends with above one-day delicacy, while only the husband took the former. The wife was too much distracted by a ticket arrived minutes before to get shots against that novel coronavirus.

Meow, lunar month titled above starts from today. Mom walked to the nearest shrine in the morning, gave an earnest prayer to protect us all. She seems to recover from sore caused by an accident last week, visited a horsey riding club again yesterday. Coming home to get on a scale, she looked pleased so much. Purr, good of you. Grateful Granma
StandardMei-Shun wishes. She found a summer hemp kimono descended from beloved grandmother of her mother’s side the other day, stored in a box put on bedroom 広縁=hiro-en, indoor verandah. A bit spots, yet has no problem for kabuki dance lessons. Actually, it was too tight to move smoothly years before when she had several more sugar bags around waist.
Rhythm Returned
StandardGolden Week, Year-end and New-year holidays are the most dangerous for Mei-Shun. They make her feel relaxed too much to abstain from foods full of oil and sugar. And alcohol easily follows. The former of this year accommodated all of them, brought horrible 2 bags around her waist which took as long as 2 weeks to leave. Really easy to go, hard to come back.
Cooking Control
StandardThanks a million, Ms. Last One. Mei-Shun was really happy for dancing with you in a 45-minute private lesson today. Princess Maria, sorry for pulling you out of a stall again. Your caregivers were a bit confused, thought you had no appointment any more. Now seeing tolerable numbers on a scale at home, she feels satisfied with her appetite management — 1.7 bags of sugar have gone.

StandardOnly one of fountains installed in 乙戸沼 was working under clear sky. What happened to others? It seems to Mei-Shun that water has enough oxygen currently. When all three upside-down parasols are seen, it means that residents here are kept lively enough to feed waterfowls.
