Mei-Shun tried “Allegro among Impromptus, Opus 90” by Master Schubert after more than a whole month. Even if a poor performance, her fingers never hurt, that is fine. Haste makes waste. By the way, her eldest nephew sang “Erlkönig” by above great composer last week, to piano accompaniment by his mother. His grandma came out of that cool place to listen, and would flee back soon.

Diet Destination
StandardMei-Shun saw a bit better figure on the scale after dancing with sweet Ms. Snow Quartz today. Since she has got awful one and a half bags of sugar around waist within July full of rainfalls, another method to get it off is to be adopted. She currently stands on the point of September 2019, where her favorite cooked rice, shining like pearls in a bowl, must be replaced by porridge.
Maestro Chopin
StandardHe gives Mei-Shun two lyrical scores; Prélude Op. 28-15 “Raindrop”, Nocturne “Posthumous”. The former is seldom played on Ms. Piano these days when windows are often seen covered with tears, while the latter has become more fluent. It is partly thanks to the Spanish radio program which seems to have returned to the starting point recently, made easier to learn.
Up and Down
StandardMei-Shun seems to suffer weekend overeating syndrome from the beginning of this month. On 6th, Shin’s birthday, he and his wife ate all day long, as much as they like. 12th let her enjoy soba. It takes at least 3 days to come back to her normal diet with 3 methods; biggest breakfast, 8-hour carbo and candy-first. And weight control is easier when the couple do together, while difficult if one of them drops out.
Mischievous Message
StandardMei-Shun’s favorite English textbook call her “d.e.b.” again. Well, she keeps one bag of sugar around the waist for as long as half an year. She has mild muscle ache in thighs from Monday, enjoyed dancing with Princess Maria and Mr. Little Rainbow after 6-week respite. So you mean to give her a kind of warning, don’t you? Expecting active season of much perspiration, she would go ahead for the goal.
Play Accurately
StandardMei-Shun has some bars in musical scores where she often makes errors. Honestly, “often” is better than “always”: she has practiced such parts over and over. In order to raise success rate toward 90%, more intensive working out is required by Masters Chopin and Bach. It seems similar to dance with a horsey, where other parts than gallop including walk, amble and trot are improved at the same time.
What Next?
StandardMs. Piano sings almost every day as Mei-Shun continues Spanish learning. Since her favorite program on radio finished within March, she listens to new one started last month for listening. When new words and grammar come out, how a story goes in half an year, they all depend on an instructor. It is therefore a kind of thrilling challenge to catch what she has already learned.
Master Spanish
StandardToday is the last for Mei-Shun’s favorite radio program de español. It represents o-mo-te-na-shi, hospitality to guide guests from Spanish speaking countries. Although we missed a chance to give it at the big sport event this year, she will continue to study this language in preparation for a test expected in June. These six months also let her learn how to play “Nocturne Posth.” composed by Master Chopin.
Made It
StandardMei-Shun did, she wished to say, who went to a nearby hospital for a health check today. However, the result was one bag of sugar behind again. She saw the same number 4 month before, on a souvenir piece of paper rolled out of an automatic height and weight scale. Since she was in a shirt with long sleeves and a long puffed skirt, try again at home with nothing on.
Scary Season
StandardSince new-year weight gaining, Mei-Shun managed to control it into her new normal. It is said once you get obesity, body would like to keep it. In other words, even if your weight is lost, it would easily return to the maximum point anytime. She therefore has to keep fighting against her appetite and negligence for life to stay healthy. Here our St. Valentine’s Day full of chocolate approaches.
