It was her first experience of … colonoscopy, lead by comments from Dr. A who kindly wrote to her colleague gastroenterologist Dr. N. He gave above couple another “Yes” immediately after the session, let them draw sighs of relief. Shall they turn to “Arles” together instead of tomorrow?
8 years have passed since Mei-Shun left the hospital after an operation by Dr. A. The latter lady gave the former a phone call meaning “Yes” on weekend, while this ex-inpatient went out on Ms. Scarlet to see Dr. M today. Oh, a car park nearby the dental clinic is almost full, perhaps caused by a freezing rainfall. Or her slow drive enjoying cherry blossom mattered.
Mei-Shun went out on Ms. Scarlet this morning to see Dr. A after getting CT scan. Thanks to rainy yesterday, refreshing air seems humid enough to stop dust and cedar pollen flying around. And oh, it is White Day set in combination with St. Valentine’s Day celebrated last month. Thank you so much, Dr. K and Professor M. She wishes above delicacies to bring nice news.
Oh, what a gale it blows today! Mei-Shun still found ume plum buds growing in quieter morning, thanking a next-door neighbor who kindly cut big branches around above tree of chimerical flowers. This spring might see normal 三寒四温, 3 cold days before 4 warm ones. Solar February had a snowfall on the 2nd weekend, all dry through 3rd until sleet last night.
Mei-Shun continued to practice “Salut d’Amour” during Shin’s business stay in China, has learned how to say hello clearly to him on Ms. Piano. And her body under neck, above legs are precisely examined. Only good things it has.
Mei-Shun saw Dr. A for a half-an-year check today. There were many outpatients at the hospital, forced her to make a queue for every procedures. Ah, next week has two of our national holidays including Respect-for-the-Aged Day, that might be why. A room to take blood samples were full of elder people. They are lively enough to come here, while most of inpatients are not.
Mei-Shun went to a research institute with mom-in-law today, to get the 3rd vaccination against that coronavirus still “new” following 4 kinds already found among us human beings. Gods of rain kindly stopped falling when they got on Ms. Scarlet. It was the first time they entered the site. Beautiful trees in light green, white and pink welcomed them under gray sky. It might be why they saw no crowd.
Both of solar April and lunar March start from today. Mei-Shun visited 日先神社 after driving Shin to the nearest station. Cold rain stormed out warm air, made her feel frozen in hands. She still enjoyed wet cherry blossom avoiding drops thanks to a blue umbrella full of patterns of the same flower. Now which messages would she receive from Gods by omikuji lots? … well, might be better than before.
Bota-mochi or Ohagi handmade on vernal/autumnal equinox respectively by mother is favorite of Mei-Shun, her elder sister and beloved father. Still haunted by that novel coronavirus, she has not been able to visit home of her parents on above days for as long as 2 years. She therefore plans to cook it by herself, went out for a hair cut at a salon nearby Tokyo Station instead.
