Me and Mom

Meow, it is the 2nd visit to the nearest shrine by mom this week, after saying good day to dad who goes on a 2-night business trip to Taiwan. Here we are, cherry trees put on colorful clothes. She always draws 2 omikuji lots, one for him and the other for herself. Poor luck would be bound onto a twig, nice one handed to him later. I therefore ask Gods to give her eligible 卦.

Cute Combination

Meow, here is a big can of 冨貴寄=fuki-yose mom ordered to arrive on Saturday. It was also the day for me and her to visit Arles, our favorite pâtisserie in Tsukuba. We therefore shared a table full of beautiful desserts with dad, who currently keeps good shape as his wife does. After a nice nap, we found sunset to serve as a cool artist.

Too Good

Meow, mom gives me a tiny bowl of milk these days. It is one of my favorite treats, purr. She dilutes a teaspoon of it with an equal amount of water, makes creamy dip. “Bon appétit,” she says and serve it to me who attends her every meal at home. By the way, it is you who have a big appetite today, isn’t it? Two mountains of rice in a normal 茶碗 seems to mean a large size.

Japanese Culture@holiday

Meow, Respect-for-the-Aged Day of 2022 is the same to my birthday. Does it mean me of 19 years old on 19th by chance? At least mom never takes it so. She calls me the sweetest honey ever in the last year of teens, purr. And dad, great to find you in 上海 from yesterday, cleared 10-day quarantine at 青島. We promise to keep “good girls” until welcome you back home.
