She saw 吉=kichi, lucky lots for both of the couple; one for Shin numbered the 21st, the other for herself the 45th. Now is the time to jump and stretching under that great tree. Oops, please do not bite her, mosquito. Your season is already over.
Shin and Mei-Shun recognized that sweet scent again in this early morning. Where is it coming from? The wife found the answer tree when she walked out toward the nearest shrine; in the M’s garden, just opposite to a … garbage station. Well, we are already in cooler air, no masking flavor might be necessary. Anyway, thanks a lot for your a bit delayed blossom.
This is the end of Mei-Shun’s second-poorest month. With a powerful typhoon approaching Kanto Area, she implemented two jobs quite rare for her. One is to wash horsey items at home, a gel pad and a fly hat. The other is to remove paper from 1 of 3 bedroom 障子=shoji sliding doors, several years older than other 2. Now Ms. Dandelion or Mindulle, she is all ready to face you tomorrow.
We are on lunar August 15th, the best full moon of the year 仲秋の名月 is expected tonight. It is also called 芋名月=imo-meigetsu, a good moon of potato. Not meaning cut-surface shape of normal one, but the beginning of taro season. Mei-Shun loves it, while gloves are indispensable to wash and peel fresh ones. And oh, thanks a million for bringing souvenirs made of sweet potato, Shin.

This weekend was brilliant for Mei-Shun. Her last day of July, Saturday was spent with Princess Maria and Ms. Last One after nearly 2 months. Following August 1st, Sunday was birthday of her mother who stays in 草津 on vacation. Receiving a pleased reply to her younger daughter’s congratulations, the latter dined out with Shin and mom-in-law at a grilled-eel restaurant.
So Mei-Shun’s hair was finally cut today, postponed twice. Quiet afternoon brought a head covered with a bit slovenly long, black ones into a train, yet one of her favorite seats was occupied by a girl on the right side to Tokyo.
