Cute Creation

Meow, I and mom visited “Arles” yesterday, brought home sweets including a lovely ghost above. They all are somehow in shade of my name, purr. By the way, she told me 八百万の神＝8-million Gods in our country gather at 出雲 this month. That is why October is called 神無月= month with no Gods around most of us. We might have to be watchful toward opposite spirits.

Mild Meow

It is lunar August 28th, sounds like my voice in our country. With 大安=tai-an, the best of 六曜 on solar calendar, mom feels something lucky helps her to finish housekeeping as quickly as possible. Now shall we go to see Ms. Carino Piccola? She guided us well to a good dance, while sweet scent of fragrant olive seemed to praise it. And you lost a whole bag of sugar from yesterday? We would see 名月, the best moon of the year tonight. They say it is quite rare for that celestial beauty to be in full shape on lunar August 15th — 2030 is expected as the subsequent opportunity. Meow, it is 朔日 of lunar August today. I and mom turned to our 氏神 shrine to greet Gods, make a wish and draw omikuji lots after giving dad a ride by Ms. Scarlet to the nearest station. 小吉=sho-kichi, 末吉=sue-kichi: a little, the least lucky respectively? Hmm. Also a date for us to visit “Arles”, shall we try again in the evening? Or accept them as sacred voice? That sounds better, purr.

Pretty Pink

Here are new faces on a dining table for Shin, Mikan-chan and Mei-Shun. They came from a tea shop, where the wife visited to purchase 雁金 — she had already consumed this tasty, yet reasonable green leaves. Along with various drinks including coffee, lovely items are available depending on 4 seasons. Summer still seems to stay around us, that might be why a bicolor invited her.

Elegant Ears

Meow, we have 白露=hakuro, the 3rd of autumnal 二十四節気 today. It means dew on grass leaves in early mornings, while they are washed by a heavy rainfall. Dad was forced to stay in Tokyo last night, I and mom at home. However, thanks to perfect repair finished at the beginning of August, we feel all safe indoors. No drop comes from ceiling or wall. Love in Largo

Mom’s favorite scores on Ms. Piano are mine as well. “Clair de Lune” by Master Debussy, “Pavane pour une Infante Défunte” by M. Ravel, etc. She chooses some of them, practices for approx. 30 minutes several days a week. Oh, would you clean her up on the lid today?
