It rained heavily this morning, made Mei-Shun quite worried about horsey-riding lessons she reserved in the evening. Sunlight seems to have chosen milder way, sometimes pats us on the back in the afternoon. Now could you dance, Mr. Hallelujah Sunday and Ms. Nuts, with her who puts on a vest works as an airbag instead of kimono?

Wood Walk
Standard… or trot Mei-Shun means. She tried “endurance” class for the first time with sweet Princess Maria as her partner. It might be hot and humid, yet cool enough for us who have been scorched by extraordinary sunlight from the end of June. Much more on the green where tall trees fully cover. Such an exciting experience gave her another joy: she saw good numbers on a scale.
Thrilling Tuition
StandardMei-Shun used to visit monthly a local bank to get new bills. Our traditional arts including kabuki dance, 茶道=sado tea ceremony, 華道=kado flower arrangement for examples, often welcome them rather than old ones. On the other hand, ATMs of her main bank sometimes offer notes clean enough to work for such opportunities. That seems like a lottery, would be her new custom.
五月雨?
StandardIt seems too soon for us to enter rainy season in May, yet this week saw such weather. Mei-Shun was forced to cancel reservations at her horsey riding club on Monday and today. Well, it is your turn, Ms. Piano, to play with her instead of Princess Maria and others. Wishing a full moon at Sunday night, let’s sing her scores composed by Master Debussy and Beethoven as usual.
Study Spanish
StandardMei-Shun resumed listening to above class on the radio. And Evaluación del Conocimiento de la Lengua Española waits application by her who is wondering which is better to take, 5th or 4th grade. Well, she actually took both for French years before. Similar language might require an equivalent challenge; easier one first, another a bit more difficult next.
Double Dance
StandardThank you so much, Ms. Manifest and Princess Maria. These ladies were kind partners in Mei-Shun’s final dance of 2021 at a horsey riding club. She actually sees herself weird in canter these days. One reason is clear: too less practice than before. In order to put on well 二足の草鞋=2 pairs of sandals for hobbies, she has to control pessimistic emotion — find good, be effective.
Fair Face
StandardHi again, Princess Maria. Listen, Ms. Piano at Mei-Shun’s home would be cared soon. Rain prevented her from dancing with you today, while that novel coronavirus did Mr. O from contacting some of his clients. Oh, it seems to stop, yet club field is full of little puddles in horseshoes size. Now Ms. Last One, shall we go there? Please do not throw this mom onto the ground, since she is made of sugar.
Face to Face
StandardMei-Shun visited Master Bando instead of Tuesday. Since another Friday student canceled today’s lesson, it became much more intensive than usual. It is always concentrated of course, yet long-time student like Ms. K often joins others in performance. She has learned so many scores that helps new comers who sometimes forget how to do next.
Exciting Excursion
StandardSo Mei-Shun’s hair was finally cut today, postponed twice. Quiet afternoon brought a head covered with a bit slovenly long, black ones into a train, yet one of her favorite seats was occupied by a girl on the right side to Tokyo. It sees Ushiku Pond, a cup noodle-shaped chimney and a wedding site while Skytree on the left. The latter lit a few stars under evening sky when she returned to Ibaraki.
Boots and Kimono
StandardOh, Ms. Piano, Mei-Shun misses you so much. A slight cold, came from Shin perhaps, prevented her from even touching you for these several days. In addition, she had to get used to a new lifestyle; twice horsey-riding lessons a week, once kabuki-dance. Since it is all the opposite of her pattern from October, she has found it difficult to control a different kind of fatigue.
