Meow, it seems to be for Tora-chan, my colleague living downstairs. Dad kindly ordered an assorted package of jelly sticks including sardine, salmon and above flavors when I ate up pH-controlled tuna. Mom has given me 2 of the last per day, aside from energy sticks in tuna and chicken tender respectively. They wished me to find another favorite, yet I’m happy enough just with your love to me.

So this is the one Mikan-chan took as her treat, yet really was Shin and Mei-Shun’s. The new microwave oven served well to grill a big piece of one-night dried 糸撚鯛=ito-yori-tai, sea bream. The wife is not good at using advanced machines for which guidebook reading is indispensable, yet made an effort. By the way, it was felt like smelling a bit fishy when she cooked toast this morning.

So lunar October starts from today. Mei-Shun meant to walk to the nearest shrine after just a whole month, greet Gods and draw omikuji lots. However, she had to give priority to room cleaning which went behind the trip to Kyoto last week: she makes Fridays full of housework to enjoy fresh weekends. Her fluffy daughter, who was forced to stay home alone, likes this pattern as well.

She looks happy from this morning, saying that one of laundry balls lost for around 2 weeks was found on the way to a main road. Meow, this is another day of my breed comes once a month. It is actually a rule mom enacted recently as my voice sounds like “ny-ya”, 2 and 8 read in her language. Vivid sunlight, almost no wind, much more comfortable compared to yesterday. She worked at home all day long, that also makes me satisfied, purr. Meow, my day a month is here. It was amazingly cold from morning till night below 15 degrees Celsius. Mom kept an air conditioner above my bed whirring all day long to warm me, purr. Meow, we have 寒露=kanro, the 5th of autumnal 二十四節気 today. It means that dewdrops would be frozen in cold air, yet it seems all different. Room temperature keeps a bit below 30 degrees Celsius in daytime, above 20 all through the night. Mom told me that a beautiful 3rd crescent welcomed her at the nearest station, where she picked dad up in the evening.
