We are on lunar August 15th, the best full moon of the year 仲秋の名月 is expected tonight. It is also called 芋名月=imo-meigetsu, a good moon of potato. Not meaning cut-surface shape of normal one, but the beginning of taro season. Mei-Shun loves it, while gloves are indispensable to wash and peel fresh ones. This weekend was brilliant for Mei-Shun. Her last day of July, Saturday was spent with Princess Maria and Ms. Last One after nearly 2 months. Following August 1st, Sunday was birthday of her mother who stays in 草津 on vacation. Receiving a pleased reply to her younger daughter’s congratulations, the latter dined out with Shin and mom-in-law at a grilled-eel restaurant.
