A bit too soon to celebrate Peach Festival on the same calendar, yet Mei-Shun is really happy to see Momo-chan, our garden princess prepare spring dance full of bright pink buds — her first flowers opened yesterday in stormy wind. Following fruit also makes this rider of weight-rolling-coaster content in both mouth and eyes.
Here one of Mei-Shun’s favorite low-calorie sweets follows. It is 葛湯, kudzu-root tea with silky texture and light sugariness. When she received a lunch box cooked by gentle Ms. S, a tiny pink bag was attached to omelet sandwiches, a tomato and a bottle of lemon juice. This 名取 liked it so much that she ordered 22 from a confectioner in Aichi Prefecture. Oh, white ones also have salted cherry flower within.

10 years have passed since we had that horrible mega-quake. I was alone at home, rushed into the corner behind a TV set whose tube was one of my favorite places for a nap. Mei-Shun reviewed her eating methods, regarding sweets and alcohol especially. 1) Breakfast full of sweets would be all right after a day of good perspiration, while never the same at dinner. 2) When she has dinner accompanied by alcohol, desserts should be fruits only. Lunch therefore could be the best to include both beer and ice cream. 3) 1 tiny glass of sake is all different from 2 in normal size.

Mei-Shun actually experienced a roller coaster of weight in recent 2 weeks. After exaltation at her goal numbers on a scale, she burst into party eating. It is never easy to get out of, continued a few more days. One bag of sugar was then found added around her waist a week later. She refrained from alcohol and sweets, yet felt a bit tired on weekend. Just one sip of plum wine would be fine.

Today’s music aired at the horsey riding club reminded Mei-Shun of her repertoire again — Impromptus, Opus 90, Allegro composed by Master Schubert. She practiced that bright tune too much after dancing with Princess Maria, has got a bit hurt in fingers. The former is currently better at reining the latter lady, might receive message from the great artist.

Mei-Shun loves it, mainly for simple and lovely sweets including ひなあられ=hina-arare, 白酒=shiro-sake, etc. The former is white, pink and green-colored puffed rice coated with sugar, while the latter white sake. Oh, she found it is different from 甘酒=ama-sake; 白 is alcoholic using もち米=special rice for cake, yet 甘 alcohol-free made of normal one.

Mei-Shun is so grateful to inform you kind followers that your number reached as much as 373. Quite small compared to famous sites, yet please let her show the biggest appreciation. When did she give similar comment before? As to 222 on Feb. 7th of last year, not by herself but Mikan-chan. Yes, they had wished to do it on 22nd. On the other hand, 333 could never be celebrated on Mar. 33rd!
