Meow, mom has long been looking for a nice soy sauce cruet to replace one of my friends shown above. It worked well smiling, yet began to drip lately caused by a tiny crack just under the lid. She found left one at いそべ陶苑 in 笠間, joking at me not to catch it. Well, does it look like a sparrow in size and shape? I’m not so much interested in birds, while Tora-chan sometimes makes them a wild meal.

Mei-Shun feels really glad to see a partial lunar eclipse tonight with Shin, who worked at home by chance. Oh, what a sunset in reddish pink! It is incredible — now Ms. Full Moon is on the opposite stage of sky. Already hidden behind our Mother Earth, she looks like a tall crescent. Flowing, light clouds sometimes cover to change her shape from a ripe banana to an orange ball.

She looks happy from this morning, saying that one of laundry balls lost for around 2 weeks was found on the way to a main road. She has taken it to be closed into futon covering, fell on our garden when hung outdoors. Greetings to Mr. Green, purr.

Mei-Shun takes it nice to see a new month starts from Monday. November 2021 therefore has 5 beginnings of a week, seems a bit rare for shorter months with 30 days. It might not be a reason why Kaori-san chose this timing, while she saw one of her high-school friends just in front of 寿=Kotobuki Building, Kyoto which accommodates her 4th exhibition from Saturday.
Mei-Shun visited a hair salon nearby Tokyo Station for a cut. Cool weather started just at the beginning of September let her decide to make front hair again. She met with Shin who is heading for Osaka, ate out together after longer than a whole month. Now she has 2 hours before the appointment. The former took 30 minutes while the latter a whole hour, saying “it was already full on the 1st Monday, so I chose the 2nd”. Well, just half an hour gives such a difference. Mei-Shun visited Master Bando instead of Tuesday. Since another Friday student canceled today’s lesson, it became much more intensive than usual. It is always concentrated of course, yet long-time student like Ms. K often joins others in performance. She has learned so many scores that helps new comers who sometimes forget how to do next.

Surprisingly, both omikuji lots for Shin and herself drawn first were 凶=kyo, the worst luck — her long interval to show honor to Gods might be criticized. She put other coins into the box and tried again. Now two 吉=kichi, good and normal luck appeared.
We have 小暑=shousho, the 5th of summer 二十四節気 today. Rainy season is expected to finish soon on solar calendar, yet seems to prolong this year as well. And 七夕=tanabata to celebrate annual rendezvous for 織姫=ori-hime represented by Vega and 彦星=hikoboshi by Altair, normally difficult to see them in the sky from the ground. However, kind slight sunlight reached Mei-Shun who loves to dry futon outdoors.
