Oh-oh, what a big bruise on Mei-Shun’s left calf! She noticed it when put off one of long socks. Assailant is definitely known: Mr. Silver Pure whose name represents what he is. Even a good guy in a gray coat can kick a temporary trimmer with no intention but a clean heart. And that Shin has as well, who sent his wife above photo of Mt. Fuji looking a bit like her horseshoe stamp.

Rhythm Returned
StandardGolden Week, Year-end and New-year holidays are the most dangerous for Mei-Shun. They make her feel relaxed too much to abstain from foods full of oil and sugar. And alcohol easily follows. The former of this year accommodated all of them, brought horrible 2 bags around her waist which took as long as 2 weeks to leave. Really easy to go, hard to come back.
Matsu Midori
StandardMei-Shun started to take lessons in 松の緑=”Green of Pine” by Master Bando. Simple, yet therefore difficult to follow her properly. 名取 candidates of her party would dance this score in front of 家元=yie-moto, a kind of CEO. Some of them were tense so much that turned to the left instead of right, above lady told three Tuesday-comers. That is the way an ex-白拍子花子 here often does.
Joy of Park: 2
StandardOnly one of fountains installed in 乙戸沼 was working under clear sky. What happened to others? It seems to Mei-Shun that water has enough oxygen currently. When all three upside-down parasols are seen, it means that residents here are kept lively enough to feed waterfowls. After nice walking, she found half of sugar bags, gained during Golden Week holidays perhaps, gone with the wind.
Turn, Turn
StandardSo the time has come for Shin to resume weight control toward an annual health check. Mei-Shun is always happy to join him, cooking a lot of vegetables, tofu and konjak. The last one is also called “devil’s tongue” or “elephant foot, perhaps by its color and black grains within, while a great food with no calorie yet full of dietary fiber. Incredible 2 bags of sugar might be seen on a scale the other day, yet the wife never believes it.
Japanese Culture@holiday
StandardChildren’s Day has come. It represents 柏餅=kashiwa-mochi and 粽=chimaki sweets for Shin and Mei-Shun, rather than streamers shaped like carps or samurai armors and helmets. We also have 立夏=rikka, the 1st of summer 二十四節気 today. It should mean a beginning of dry, comfortable season full of sunlight, yet too stormy to go outdoors this year. Above couple decided to make stay-home exemplar.
Dance, Dance
Standard… and dance Mei-Shun have done. She visited Master Bando’s place on Sunday for an irregular lesson, met with Ms. Sagittarius and Mr. Opal on Monday, took a regular lesson from above lady again while an appointment with Dr. M yesterday, saw Princess Maria and Ms. Last One today. Now are you kind followers able to recognize one who is not her partner to dance with?
Diminutive Dino
StandardOh, where are you, darling? Mei-Shun washed winter covering of her futon, meant to replace it by summer one full of you and your eggs. She purchased another in grey with apple trees, still in a package. However, neither of them was found in the closet where she surely expected. She drove to a shed Shin rents, yet heard no reply. All right, she would ask bluish flowers to work instead of shy guys.
Snail Soon?
StandardMademoiselle Vert opened her second flower, made Mei-Shun very happy. It was followed by Professor S whose 2021 birthday was yesterday. The former send the latter lady a bouquet by post, forced out of meeting in person by that novel coronavirus. By the way, one of two stems is shaped like — how to say, or could you tell mom the reason why you gave up going between leaves?
Cute Cup
StandardIt is a great pleasure of Mei-Shun to see it again at a nearby beauty salon. She visits there every 3 weeks for hair dye, served coffee, tea, green tea or fruit juice waiting for the medicine to work well. This season of cherry blossom gently makes her request one of favorite pottery among collection of the owner beautician. “What floats on surface is not dust but beaten gold”, she said.
