Yesterday was Children’s Day. Shin and Mei-Shun enjoyed 粽=chimaki, sweetened rice cake stick and 柏餅=kashiwa-mochi, rice cake wrapped by oak leaves, filled with sweetened bean paste. Well, the couple is in weight control, yet mentioned delicacy is indispensable. They therefore walked to the nearest shrine expecting to spend calories, while to make a wish on 朔 of lunar April.
姫空木=hime-utsugi, Deutzia gracilis in our garden is currently in full blossom. Lily bells under Momo-chan or Princess Peach began to give nice scent. Mei-Shun loves white flowers, feeling happy to see them stay lively. And she must not forget to report on Mademoiselle Vert to you kind followers including Prof. S of course. She has bloomed the 23rd and 24th, leaving a few buds still small.
We have 八十八夜, 88th night passed since立春 today. Green tea pick at this time is said to taste the best. Mei-Shun visited a nearby hair saloon in the morning, enjoyed a cup of it (maybe not so new) and rushed to a shop to purchase some, had right to draw a lot. Here she won 1,000-yen tickets, surprised not only herself but also clerks there. Now let her renew the teapot whose lid she broke the other day.
Purr, mom stays with me on her legs for a long time, watching TV from yesterday evening. I’m so satisfied that … purrr … oh? Did you go out while I took a nap on the roof floor? You enjoyed watching wild wisteria putting on a coat and eye-shadow in the same shade. So it is the 3rd of our Golden Week serial holidays. Mei-Shun mainly stays at home while Shin on and off business, that depends. She heard that 60-70% adults would do the same as the wife during these 10 days. How many of those who mean to do similar to the husband are included in other 40-30%? Please take good care of yourselves, dear diligent workers.

Mei-Shun lost almost all of left detergent for a fluffy belt which Princess Maria, Mr. Silver Pure and other white horseies use. Since it is made of lambskin, special care is imperative to keep clean. She thought attached detergent is also from Poland, not easily available, so tried to save it as long as possible — yet let the bottle lie on its brochure. She wishes it would arrive safely soon from the U.S.A.

Her butterfly-shaped orchid named in the last color has had 20 sisters, with poor one fallen by careless Mei-Shun who pressed a pillow toward the pot feeling sleepy.
