Welcome Home
StandardA gecko, or yamori in Japanese meaning “a home protector”, visited us last night. When we see them at home, it has used to bring something happy. Hi friend, nice to meet you again. Please be careful not to be hurt at doors and windows – oh, you are too quick to take a good photo.
Nice Nurses 2
StandardMs. S is like the real mom for Mei-Shun. She never speaks first, just listens. And another Ms. H kindly plays the role of older sister; she is also a good listener and friendly speaker. Ms. K loves kimono, while another Ms. K does eating who share their interests with Mei-Shun.
Nice Nurses
StandardMs. H, one of the most soft-touch ladies ever seen, took care of Mei-Shun as a young mother at the hardest night after operation. She is interested in learning English. Ms. T has been found to be vice-head nurse. She looks boyish, maybe therefore very friendly and kind. Her best point is being an incredible listener to patients’ voice.
Lunch Outside
StandardThey serve nice, healthy meals here, giving Mei-Shun a chance to diet. However, her primary doctor Ms. A recommends to go out sometimes for mental health. Mei-Shun therefore asked her mom-in-law to join a sushi lunch. It was so good, let Mei-Shun feel like returning to normal.
Walking Around
StandardIt is warm today. Mei-Shun is staying in a one-person room, whose window faces the north. Feeling a bit cold in mind, she walks around the main building every day to see the sun. It looks the same for flowers as well.
No Car with Wine
StandardRespectful friends of Mei-Shun kindly invited her to a lunch party. 2 professors put on jackets to welcome her in kimono, yet sorry. She cancelled today’s lesson running short of time. A good French restaurant in Tsukuba, looked full-packed with 80% women. We would like wines next time.
