Mei-Shun has told you kind followers that alcohol impedes her weight control. It might be because such drinks facilitate her appetite, let her ignore calories to reach sweets even after a meal. She therefore makes it a rule to take it less than once a month, on condition that a tyre around her waist is smaller than one bag of sugar. Now Shin brought home this delicacy from Nagano, best friend and foe of Professor S!
Meow, it is a bit cloudy from early in the morning. Mom bought a new futon with lovely coverings, among which she chose this one full of green dinosaurs for the first night. And it is my privilege of course to relax on it in gentle sunlight, purr. After taking a slight nap with me, she left at noon to dance with horseies. So it comes again. Mei-Shun visited Master Bando for a lesson at 10 : 00, went back home around noon. Fine weather let her hang futon mats and the laundry in verandahs, turn them to dry both sides. She cooked, read newspaper, take care of Mikan-chan and plants, played Ms. Piano, etc. Then she put on kimono, went to a nearby community center to give kabuki dance lesson to Professor M from 19 : 30.
This is one of anniversaries for Shin and Mei-Shun. The husband made a reservation at a Chinese restaurant in 日比谷, Tokyo. The wife left home at around 16 : 00 to stay with Mikan-chan for as long as possible, met him at 新橋 Station. She has worked for a company located nearby, enjoyed walking with him looking up some friendly edifices while others new. Now they reached the dinner venue.
Rainfall and a sore throat had prevented Mei-Shun from exercises; daily stretching, walking and horsey riding until recently, for longer than three weeks. The first one is available indoors followed by kabuki dance practice, yet jumping must be avoided upstairs. Today saw it start raining a bit outdoors again, made her pull hung laundry into the shower stall to dry by an electric fan.

Meow, mom told me that we would have a new moon tomorrow night. It means lunar September starts giving 朔日, the best day to make a wish to Gods. However, weather forecasts say rain might fall all day long. She therefore visited the nearest shrine by car in this morning, drew two omikuji lots. One was 大吉 or the luckiest for dad, the other 末吉 or the least lucky for herself.

Here a leaflet of 邦楽発表会 follows below, less in size this year since 立方=tachi-kata, kabuki dancers would only perform. 地方=ji-kata, musical instrument players including 尺八=shakuhachi or bamboo flute, 箏=koto, 三味線=shamisen or three-stringed guitar, etc. seem to have a hard time to practice together. Mei-Shun used a kimono skirt today, which Master Bando kindly helped her to put on, after 4 years.
It was the best among these rainy days for Mei-Shun to see them again. How have you been, Princess Maria, Ms. Sagittarius, Ms. Last One and Mr. Tea Time? Thanks to you, Mei-Shun enjoyed practice on Ms. Piano twice today: before and after dancing with you. She also found wild cherry trees blooming neatly with new leaves, perhaps in order to augment nutrition as much as possible.
Which would you kind followers like, coffee, tea or green tea? The owner of a hair saloon, where Mei-Shun goes to every three weeks, is a pottery collector. And how is it, a star-shaped ice cream ball among normal round ones? It has been rare for her to win foods like it, yet sometimes occurs these days. For example, fèves in her annual “Galette des Rois” often come out of a piece she chose.
