StandardMeow, is it? Mom rarely leaves me alone at home all day, while often does half a day. No problem. I take a nap in my beds, on the sofa, beside windows facing south. But yesterday, a cushion in the white bed put on roof floor followed me to the landing of the stairs. It sometimes does, hiss! I had to move to the red one in my cage. The latter is for nights, dried in sunlight by mom during daytime. Don’t change my routine. And you, mom, don’t forget to give me 15 minutes on your legs.

StandardBefore Happy Monday System was introduced, Health and Sports Day had been set on October 10th. In 1964, the Olympic Games held in Tokyo for the first time started on this date. They say one of the reasons for the choice is that it is a peculiar day of fair weather, called “singular day” by Japanese meteorologists. Well, if the next Tokyo Olympic hold an opening ceremony in August, would we have another holiday added onto current list?

StandardMeow, it’s me. It’s become cool at night. Are you fine? Not so much for mom, actually. She tries to keep her good sleep by controlling an air conditioner, an electric fan, blankets made of toweling and thicker one. However, she often fails to make the best environment being half in a dream when she feels cold or hot. Well, why don’t you put on a nice ever-coat like me? Anyway, her bed is mine after she leaves. StandardA sampling day to see Dr. A, gives Mei-Shun waiting time of 2 weeks in minimum to know good result. Her hospital accommodates many big trees including gingko, some of which are female with branches full of fruits in this season. Oh, let’s not park under them. Air is quite smelly around, caused by ones already fell on the ground. She cordially wishes it would symbolize tasty nuts only, not such a horrible outcome.
Sweet A Week
StandardMei-Shun goes ahead on diet little by little. She has continued walking and stretching exercise since April. It seems working well, giving her lower body skin moisture for example. Regarding weight, however, she lost a few with her regular eating. So she decided to refrain from sweet dessert as much as possible. She is so scared of gaining lost weight back that allows them once a week, expecting a little reward of effort to result in achievement in the long run.
Lunar August
StandardAnd Solar September starts from today. It is a nice coincidence for the first days of modern and older calendars to meet on the same date, isn’t it? That also means we have a new moon tonight, the best timing to make your wish to a god. Mei-Shun’s is good health of course, not only for herself but for her family and friends. Health in body leads to one in mind, collaborate to create beauty and happiness. She wishes she could wish for everybody including those she does not know.

StandardThank you so much, Dr. A. She gave Mei-Shun “Yes” phone call last night, telling her no problem was found in the latest blood sample. It is said no news is good news. Mei-Shun agrees with this old saying and makes it a rule not to think about the disease after her regular visit to the hospital. Please, ma chérè mère, let her do so every time.

StandardThank you so much, Dr. I. She is Mei-Shun’s home dermatologist. She shaved her left sole to pick up a kernel out of a corn. Mei-Shun actually had two, with bigger one grown up to give her a sense of discomfort. “Here it is,” said Dr. I showing it in light yellow. Oh, what a big one! She means, as a rolled-up skin ball around 5mm in diameter. It is so weird to have such a vegetable in you, isn’t it?

StandardIn preparation for it, Mei-Shun had her molar of the lower left jaw shaven a little more 2 weeks before. In spite of a narcotic injection, it really hurt. And last Saturday morning, she had to endure that pain again. Just a small part of nerve seems to be at the surface of the tooth under construction. She wished from the bottom of the heart it had been the very final difficulty to overcome. What she must be aware of is who deserved a series of disturbance.
