The only sad matter for Mei-Shun regarding current 九州場所 was absence of her favorite rikishi. They say he was injured in a leg during 巡業 tour held in October. So hard a job it is, building strong muscle and mind simply coated by their own fat. She therefore cheered all wrestlers, putting on a 羽織 jacket. Now it is over, let’s go to a restaurant serving longtooth grouper loved by above guys.
Lunar October starts from today. Shin, Mikan-chan and Mei-Shun returned from 福岡 — it was their 1st experience to enjoy sumo in person, while on 初日=the 1st of this 15-day tournament. All different from one seen on TV, wrestlers and 行司 referees in kimono looked like pretty dolls. It might be thanks to nice distance toward 土俵 ring and lighting.
Mei-Shun received invitation to Kaori-san‘s exhibition held next January in Kyoto. Oh, it opens on birthday of the former. She therefore would choose another day to see one of her most important friends, when the latter artist stays at the gallery. What a great chance to visit that ancient capital of our country! Best restaurants are waiting for Shin, Mikan-chan and her mom as well.
I and mom went to our usual club to dance with Ms. Manifest. Yes, we have done well, purr. The latter lady was the 1st who did it smoothly several years before. Mom put on double sandals or 二足の草鞋 at that time, meaning 2 different classes at Master Mei-Shu’s place and here. Other diversity is seen on a scale: she had a few more sugar bags around waist.
