Mei-Shun walked just 5 minutes to a hair salon this morning. According to Dr. W, dehydration is the worst for a sore throat. She prescribed effective medicine as well, allowed this one of her loyal patients to feel much better. The latter therefore ordered warm green tea while waiting for dyeing paste to calm down. Oops, please do not make her cheek brown.
Lunar March starts from today. We also have 穀雨=koku-wu, the 6th and last of spring 二十四節気. Mei-Shun drove Ms. Scarlet, who has just finished inspection, toward the horsey riding club in the afternoon. Oh, Princess Maria, fluffy accessory on a forehead belt of Your Highness looks a bit too warm. Mom would be pleased to bring home, wash and replace it with cooler one.

It was a bit cloudy this morning. Mei-Shun therefore sang with Ms. Piano scores composed by Masters Debussy and Beethoven as usual. And yes, her forecast was correct: a rainfall followed from early afternoon. However, when she said thanks a lot for giving her a nice time, a page of the former suddenly fell on keys. Mei-Shun saw Dr. W, her home physician after almost a whole year. It was caused by that coronavirus of course — the latter, cleverest lady kindly sent the former medicine by post so far. Actually, it was decades before when they met for the first time at another clinic. She has worked for several health centers including one this patient often visited from nearby workplace.
Mei-Shun went to the hospital again around noon, accompanied by gentle Shin and Mikan-chan. It was her first experience of … colonoscopy, lead by comments from Dr. A who kindly wrote to her colleague gastroenterologist Dr. N. He gave above couple another “Yes” immediately after the session, let them draw sighs of relief. Shall they turn to “Arles” together instead of tomorrow?
Hi Miffy, great to see you sleep in Ms. Cuby, a refrigerator of Mei-Shun. She ordered you to cook 糠漬け=nuka-tsuke, pickles made in fermented rice bran. Almost 20 years have passed since her older 糠床=nuka-toko, bed for ingredient vegetables, went into poor condition to be given up. Now is the time to resume it for Shin, whose check up is set 3 month later.
Above is wisteria in the garden of Mei-Shun’s mother. Since wild breed accommodated in “backyard” has gone with a host tree, the former feels happy to see planted one. It reminds her of Queen Dreamer, passed away several years before when most tall trees around the club had those violet crowns on the tops. Which do you prefer these days, fly or gallop in the sky?
