More than 2 weeks have passed since Mei-Shun rode horseback before. She was a bit tense until seeing Admire Serena for the first time, yet such a feeling immediately flew away when she found her round eyes with brown, long eyelash catching her own. Yes, all you have to do on horseies is to trust them. They are so clever that you should just relax to inform them of the next action. By legs, spurs and short- or long-whips if necessary, although Mei-Shun does not like the last one.

Standard… it must have been today, yet Mei-Shun had a pressing job. She therefore canceled lessons in the morning. After finishing what to do, she felt quite sore in throat. It has continued from last night actually, followed by a slight hurt. All right, how does thermometer analyze this symptom? It shows that she has a fever, a little as well. What a disappointing result! Lovely T.T., she misses you so much. However, she has to take care of herself to avoid any accident involving you.

StandardWe have it from the middle of October to the end of November, the first cold wind blowing from the north, stronger than 8 meters per second. It roared around Kanto area yesterday, forced Mei-Shun to stay at home all day long. She was so much worried about Mr. Banana that rushed up to him this calm, freezing morning. He was safe — stand still while bigger one growing a new leave. Such picture reminds her of late avocado couple. Do they share a tropical, powerful lifestyle?
Wild Life
StandardOh, Tora-chan, you really are. This morning, Mei-Shun saw her jump around the garden staring at something small. It was a mice — looked so cute, yet it depends. She also catches sparrows and lizards, scolded by mom-in-law. Well, it seems the latter is wrong. We deprived Tora-chan of her motherhood, made her our garden cat. That means half a stray cat she is … Oh, oh, and you climb up our backyard gingko again? Mikan-chan reigns upstairs and indoors. Please do not breach this rule, honey.

StandardYou must be very polite toward him: say hello and bow when you enter his stable for example. Only instructors and staffers of our club are able to lead him out of privacy. StandardIt was lucky for Mei-Shun to see them on the back of T.T. — Tosen Treasure, a thoroughbred boy with pretty eyes and a round star on forehead. Still single digit years old, he is very kind and friendly, let her feel relaxed after two weeks. Well, does it mean a little progress in her technique? Joy of Rose
StandardMei-Shun visited 旧古河庭園 with Professor S. They applied for a tour to enjoy autumnal roses there, fortunately won in the drawing. Starting from 9:00, they gave us a 5-minute lecture. It is very interesting that the flower originates in the Middle East, which seems one of the reasons for popularity of rose water around the region. Today’s Ms. Scent is 春芳=shumpo, with lovely silver-pink color and fascinating tea fragrance while Ms. Beauty White Christmas below in creamy white, round petals and fruity aroma.

Shall We?
StandardMei-Shun’s goal in horse riding is dressage. A horse and his/her rider would cooperate with each other to make beautiful performance, that seems to resemble dancing. In Japanese dance, performer is fundamentally alone on the stage. On the other hand, dressage requires good communication between a horse and a human being in the field. Therefore, the more she practices with kind horseys, the more she might be interested in 連舞=tsure-mai, meaning Pas de deux or Duet.

StandardMaria, a snow-white girl in quarter breed gave Mei-Shun a beautiful gift: a promotion. It has taken a whole year for her to go two steps up, might be a slow doer. No problem, the most important is to enjoy. Technique learning would follow after she finds her own way to communicate well with that glorious animal. And another reward of effort nicely arrived: a little loss in weight. Her eating a day consists of ample breakfast, lunch and light supper. Sweets are not allowed while a teaspoon of honey, dried/fresh fruits are.
