Tora-chan has a boyfriend. He is a stray cat who visits our garden at night – Mei-Shun often see them on a hush-hush date when she returns from summer lessons. Their last litter was named in musical instruments during their short stay with mom.

Almost 10 years have passed since this piano came to our home. We met her at a used-piano exhibition held in Tokyo. After every tuning once a year, she gives better tones. Chopin, Debussy, etc. is often played.
