Well, similar accident could occur anytime. It looks better to change her schedule, into evening for example. As it gets warmer, annoying flies increase to attack horses. Sunlight burns our skin.

Emergency!
StandardWhile Mei-Shun relaxed at nearby beauty salon, a slight accident occurred in her … lower body. Something began to knock her from inside, getting stronger little by little from a castanet via small and big drums to a cymbal. She immediately left with a frozen smile on the face, drove carefully to home. Yes, she made it — a narrow escape.
In Kimono
StandardI feel very sleepy today. Looking at cloudy sky, mom drove dad to the station in the morning. She has to do the dishes after every meal these days, taking twice as long as usual. That may be why she comes home earlier, makes me happier.

Kyoto Again
StandardKaori-san, an illustrator and good high-school classmate of Mei-Shun, will hold her second exhibition in June at Merry-go-round Kyoto, the same venue as her first one. Congratulations and thanks — November gave us a shock of long queue for taxi last time. Our driver was kind enough to teach how to avoid waiting, which would not have to work for June.
Welcome Aboard
StandardOur horseback riding club has many cherry trees. Three of them work as roofs for our cars. Mei-Shun was lucky enough parking in the best space last time. After lessons, she found many little passengers on her car.
After 1Y+1Wk
StandardMei-Shun sees Dr. A every other month before sampling. It takes 2 weeks for a phone call to let her know the latest result. If “Yes”, it makes next reservation in June fixed. If “No”, … oh, let her stop thinking. A big, old cherry tree beside the front entrance looks like celebrating her and Birthday of the Buddha, full of beautiful pink petals.
Irish Soldier
StandardHe is so gentle that unskillful riders including Mei-Shun would be accepted. He never gets angry even if another horse approaches from behind too much. Only cacophony of airplane engines could make him frightened a little. Thanks to him and beautiful cherry blossom, Mei-Shun seems being relieved gradually from trauma made when she fell from Dreamer.
Sakura Festival
StandardIt is called 乙戸沼=Otonuma Park, accommodating a quite large pond. Running/walking courses surround the pond hemmed by many cherry trees. You can see various waterfowls while pigeons play in a canal with this tiny cascade. Sporadic fountain-like spray is not to catch your eyes but to uptake oxygen into water.

StandardMeow, it is chilly this morning. Mom spread her kimono coat over me curling on the sofa, yet I woke up twice. All right, my bed would serve better sleep until mom takes a nap in the afternoon. Purr …

16-Year Work
StandardOur dishwasher seems broken. It won’t turn on since last Wednesday — actually it sometimes does, yet never starts. Well, it is 清明=seimei today, the 5th of 二十四節気. Refreshing southeastern wind is said to blow, while it changed from warm-southern one to cold-eastern. Time of amendment might have come.
