To you respectfully, Professor S. Mei-Shun is so happy to send you flowers while receive a small gift from the shop owner. It was a bouquet of sweet peas, arranged into two vases at her home. Now 染井吉野 has gone, 枝垂桜 or weeping cherry is in full blossom and 八重桜 began to bloom. The last one bloomed 80% a year before, amazing us by such an enormous difference between 2-3 degrees Celsius.
Lesson in Person
StandardMei-Shun feels so happy to see Master Mei-Shu again. It took several months for her to recover from a backache. How painful it is all depends, Mei-Shun has not been able but to worry. Thanks to the DVD, she has learned 30% of クドキ=kudoki, the most important part of 京鹿子娘道成寺. However, image watching means a labor to change right to left for a dancer, never allows her to spare time.
Happy Reunion
StandardMei-Shun thought she lost it. Following below is her omikuji drew weeks ago at the nearest shrine, came out of upper pocket of her backpack:
The 36th Lucky. For those who see this sacred lot, it would be in a shape to end once prior to resume. Therefore, their wish would come true while better if not being in a hurry. Give honest prayer to the God, consider well before doing, and brilliant delight would be gained.
And she met that incredible carpet there again — under cherry trees.
Last Princesses
StandardIt does not mean to say good-bye but hello. So she is the youngest among the Yellow Card. Her closest sister moved into a vase throne with sweet pea maids of honor. And another princess in our garden has finished her performance, gives her kimono little by little to a friend still asleep at her feet. The latter is called 姫空木=hime-utsugi, also a princess to put on white dress early in May.
Always Doubled
StandardHere is twin Kasane-chan, layered babies. They’ve come onto Ms. Piano recently, met with Mei-Shun at one of her favorite pâtisseries Arles. Nobody know if they are either bear or rabbit, even pug or piggy, yet anyway cute creatures have no problem to join her family. Sweet elephants, please get along with these pink friends. Would their ears stand straight when one stop mounting on another?
Round, Round
Standard熱川バナナワニ園 have many greenhouses accommodating tropical fruits, flowers and the manatee boy of course. They knock Mei-Shun and Shin down with such lovely round shapes — that’s why they named him Mammal-kun. Not only for his species, mal means “round” in Japanese written 丸 or 円. Other examples include banana, coffee and papaya as well. Sorry to exclude you, star fruit, while we love your unique looks.
Sakura Bouquet
StandardMei-Shun loves cherry flower blooming directly on trunk. It seems like saying “here you are” to viewers. She sometimes touches them softly, enjoys cold and fresh feeling. And oh, 乙戸沼 gingko babies, you are ready to grow. When they become awake, each branch might put on green air which soon change into real leaf buds. Ours in backyard is a slow starter, not yet … what, you too already?
Full Bloom!
StandardJust beautiful, isn’t she? Our garden princess has made her pink dress shining more and more day by day to reach this goal. Rain, gale or even storm cannot hurt her beauty. Speaking of which, Mei-Shun’s mother told her younger daughter the other day that Queen Peach, mother of our princess, looks deteriorating these days. So they also have life expectancy while alternation of generations has been firmly established.
Sleepy Spring
StandardPurr, nap on mom’s blanket (more precisely, between her legs) is one of my favorite. It’s too windy today to hang futon mats outdoors, she murmured in the morning. Do you have any problem? I’m free to slide into or relax on them anytime. Oh, let me introduce my new friend Mammal-kun. He came our home on Sunday after dad and mom left me alone half a day. Sniff-sniff, how do you do?

Ever Wild
StandardYou are really meant by name, darling. Mei-Shun rode him for the first time, shocked a little for almost nothing she could do. She and another student on out-of-reach horsey had to stay at the center of a rectangle field we practice within while other “couples” were trotting. It was found later that Ever is friendly toward the same species, never wild. Oh, cherry blossom, thanks a million to soothe her mind with such a beauty.
