Mei-Shun walked around 乙戸沼 of three fourth, nearly finished when it started raining. She rushed into her car, never likes to get wet or rather prefers umbrellas. Mei-Shun goes ahead on diet little by little. She has continued walking and stretching exercise since April. It seems working well, giving her lower body skin moisture for example. Regarding weight, however, she lost a few with her regular eating. So she decided to refrain from sweet dessert as much as possible. She is so scared of gaining lost weight back that allows them once a week, expecting a little reward of effort to result in achievement in the long run.
… or holiday it seems this year. When Mei-Shun drove Shin to the nearest station in the morning, it was almost empty. That reminded her of obon leave which many of us would enjoy till tonight. 乙戸沼 Park had, on the other hand, a few more walkers and runners than usual. Three water funnels danced giving nice sound, looked like a couple and another — oh? You’ve been taken as identical triplets so far. Or some of you are on vacation as we do?
Our nearest shrine, where Mei-Shun drops in during her walking workout, grows them along the entrance path. Their beautiful profiles seem like welcoming visitors, while leading souls of beloved ones to their homes on obon vacation. It starts from tomorrow on Saturday, looking convenient for most of salaried workers. We had the newest holiday Mountain Day last Thursday, so if a leave is allowed including today, they would have 6-day off.
It is not easy to continue discipline. And doubly so if you could live a happy life without it. That is why Mei-Shun often becomes titled 三日坊主, that her father warned her not to in his letter. You are exactly right, dad. She would never fall into the bottomless swamp of neglect. Even if rainfall disturbs her way to the shrine, she would find dry route to follow. That will prevent her from the itchy rash in thighs.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor? It is chocolate-mint for Mei-Shun. Cup, corn or bar, any type would be welcomed. She recently found a chocolate-coated bar — how gorgeous! As rice seedlings grow up, her weight started to decrease. For a success in control, she must make that great taste once-a-month joy.
Mei-Shun has gained one more sugar bag since she started walking in the morning. Sooo shocking, yet there is always a reason why her tyre around the waist grows. It is simple; she has eaten too much. And she knows well the easiest way to lose weight; she should eat less. Exercise is good for health, while never means she can consume all energy she happily took in.
They have joined into the picture Mei-Shun enjoys in the morning. Green touch increases day by day, makes it straight toward summer. It is so nice to see rice paddies grow to feed many birds, and us finally in autumn.
Here you find a rice planter, for which these lovely boats full of young babies are waiting. It is very nice that watered paddies are not so shiny as Otonuma is even early in the morning. Mei-Shun feels happy to walk along them, greeting several other walkers and dogs.
